Tell us the fault in a message and we will tell you what it sounds like, free. If it needs a visit we quote a minimum call-out before we travel, and it comes off the price if you go ahead. You get a fixed quote before any work, and if we cannot fix the fault there is no repair fee. No subscriptions, no contracts.

If it needs a visit, we agree the call-out before we travel, so you know it before you commit to anything. It comes off the price if you go ahead with the repair.

Do I pay anything to book?
Booking itself costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and advice by message is free. The one thing worth knowing before you send this: if it needs a visit, there is a minimum call-out. We quote it before we travel, you agree it before anyone sets off, and it comes off the price if you go ahead. After that you get a fixed price before any work begins, and if we cannot fix it you do not pay for the repair.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We offer home and business visits across Leeds, West Yorkshire and the towns around them, or we can collect your device and return it once it is fixed. There is no walk-in shop, we come to you.
How quickly can you help?
We read every enquiry day and night, Sunday to Friday, so the conversation does not have to wait for the morning. On the repair itself we give you an honest idea of timing before you commit to anything, and we will tell you straight rather than overpromise. Saturday is the one day we are closed.
Are my files and data safe?
Yes. Your data is treated as private and confidential and, wherever possible, your files are kept intact. If a repair risks any data we tell you first and back up what we can.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then you do not pay for the repair. That is what No Fix, No Fee means. We will also give you honest advice on whether a replacement makes more sense than another repair.
