The diagnosis is always free
Fair, fixed prices, no surprises
We do not publish a price list, because an honest price depends on your machine and the fault. Instead, we diagnose it for free, then give you one fixed price for the whole job before we touch anything. No fix, no fee. No subscriptions, no contracts.
How pricing works
Free first, then a fixed price for your job.
There is no meter running and nothing to sign. You always know the price before any work happens.
The diagnosis is always free
Tell us the fault. We find out exactly what is wrong at no charge, and tell you straight whether it is worth fixing.
A fixed quote before any work
You get one clear price for the whole job, up front. That covers the parts and the time, with no hidden extras added later.
No fix, no fee
Happy with the quote? We do the work. If we cannot fix it, you do not pay for the repair. The free diagnosis costs you nothing either way.
Why no price list
A fixed tariff would only mislead you.
Computer repair is not one price. A screen for one laptop model costs very differently from another. A quick virus clean-up on a healthy machine is a short job, while a failing drive is a long one. If we printed a tariff, we would either overcharge you on the easy jobs or badly underquote the hard ones, and then have to add "extras" later. We would rather do it the honest way, look at your actual machine for free, then give you one real price for your job.
What affects the price
An honest guide to what drives the cost.
We work all of this out during the free diagnosis and put it in one clear quote. Nothing hidden.
-
Parts
A repair that needs a new part, a screen, a battery, an SSD or extra memory, costs the price of that part plus fitting. Some makes and models simply have dearer parts than others.
-
Time and complexity
Software jobs like a virus clean-up, a fresh install or a setup are mostly about time. A straightforward fix is quick; a stubborn or unusual fault takes longer.
-
The machine itself
Laptops, desktops, all-in-ones and Macs are built differently. Some open up easily, others need more care to work on safely without risking your data.

How we help you
Whether we come to you across Leeds, or you drop the machine to us, we keep it simple. If a visit is the easiest option, that is made clear in your quote up front.
The one thing that never changes: the diagnosis is always free, and you never pay for a repair we cannot do. Call 0113 460 2103 and tell us the fault.
FAQ
The honest answers on price.
Why is there no price list?
Because a real computer repair price depends on the machine and the fault, and no two jobs are the same. A laptop screen for one model costs very differently from another; a virus clean-up on a healthy machine is quick, while a failing hard drive is a longer job. A fixed tariff would either overcharge you for the easy jobs or badly underquote the hard ones. So we diagnose your machine for free, then give you one fixed price for your job, before any work starts.
How does the price actually work, then?
In three honest steps. First, the diagnosis is always free, you tell us the fault and we find out exactly what is wrong at no charge. Second, you get a fixed quote for the whole job before we touch anything, so you know the price up front. Third, no fix, no fee, if we cannot fix it, you do not pay for the repair. You are never billed by a running clock and nothing happens without your say-so.
What affects the price of a repair?
Mainly the parts and the time. A repair that needs a new part, a screen, a battery, an SSD, a memory upgrade, costs the price of that part plus fitting. A software job like a virus clean-up or a fresh setup is mostly time. The make and model matter too, some parts are simply dearer to buy. Whatever your job needs, we work it out during the free diagnosis and put it in one clear quote, so there are no hidden extras later.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
The diagnosis is always free, so there is no charge just to look at your machine and tell you what is wrong. If a home or business visit across Leeds is the easiest way to help you, we will make that clear in your quote up front, before you commit to anything.
Are there subscriptions or contracts?
No. We do not do monthly plans, tie-ins, or contracts. You pay once, for the job you agreed, and that is it. If you run a small business and want ongoing IT help, we will still keep it simple and fair, with no lock-in.
What if the repair is not worth it?
Then we will tell you, at no charge. If your machine would cost more to fix than it is worth, or you would be better off replacing it, we will say so honestly during the free diagnosis. We would rather give you straight advice than sell you a repair you do not need.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then you do not pay for the repair. That is what no fix, no fee means. The free diagnosis costs you nothing either way, so there is no risk in asking us to take a look.
