My flat has a concierge and a door fob. How does the visit actually work?
Just tell us when you call. Secure blocks are normal in the centre and we are used to buzzers, fobs, concierge desks and office receptions. We will arrange access with you rather than turn up and hope, and if you would rather hand the machine over in the lobby or at reception than have anyone in the flat, that is completely fine.
It is my work laptop and there is sensitive business data on it. Can you be trusted with that?
