Yes. We come to offices, studios and co-working desks across the centre, and if you tell us the deadline or how much the downtime is costing you we will be straight about what is realistic. Often the first job is getting your files and your work off safely so the business is not held hostage to the repair, then a fixed quote before anything else. If it is quicker for you we can collect the machine and return it rather than tie up your morning.
My flat has a concierge and a door fob. How does the visit actually work?
Just tell us when you get in touch. Secure blocks are normal in the centre and we are used to buzzers, fobs, concierge desks and office receptions. We will arrange access with you rather than turn up and hope, and if you would rather hand the machine over in the lobby or at reception than have anyone in the flat, that is completely fine.
It is my work laptop and there is sensitive business data on it. Can you be trusted with that?
Yes, and we understand a work machine is not the same as a spare home one. We touch only what the fault requires, the priority is getting your data safe rather than poking around it, and we are happy to work with you watching if that puts your mind at rest. If the job is data recovery from a drive that is failing, we will tell you honestly what is recoverable before you commit to anything.
I am on a Mac for design work and it has died with a job due. Can you help?

Parking in the centre is impossible. Do I have to bring the computer anywhere?
