For a small business

Repairs and set-ups for the machines a small business runs on

The desk that stopped working, the new starter's laptop, the files that must move across, the Wi-Fi that will not reach the back office. One-off work, at your premises, with the same free first opinion, call-out and fixed quote a household gets.

What usually needs doing

The jobs we see.

  • A desktop or laptop that has stopped, when the person who uses it cannot wait
  • A new machine set up for a new starter, email and printers included, with the files moved across
  • Wi-Fi that does not reach every desk, or drops when it is busy
  • A slow machine made usable again rather than replaced
  • Files recovered from a drive that has failed
  • An honest view on whether an old machine is worth keeping

The services

What we do for you.

How it works here

The same deal, at your place.

We come to you, which usually matters more to a business, because nobody has to unplug a desk and carry it anywhere. Tell us the fault, we tell you what it sounds like and what it is likely to cost, and if it needs a visit we agree the call-out before we travel.

You get one fixed quote in writing before any work, and an invoice for every job. A business can ask to pay against the invoice within 14 days, agreed before we start; otherwise payment is on the day.

No subscriptions, no tie-ins, no contracts. One-off repairs and set-ups are the same deal for a business as for a household.

A free first opinion by message. Tell us the fault and we tell you what it sounds like, whether it is worth doing, and what it is likely to cost, before anyone travels. The diagnosis itself is on the visit, and the call-out pays for it.

The £50 call-out. A visit has a £50 call-out, the same wherever we come out to, agreed before we travel. It is the first £50 of your job, not an extra on top: if you go ahead, it is part of the price you pay, and if you do not, it is all you pay, because it covers the journey and the time spent finding the fault.

One fixed quote. You get one fixed quote, agreed in writing, before any work starts. If we cannot fix the fault we quoted for, you pay nothing for the repair. No Fix, No Fee covers the repair, not the call-out.

What we do not do. We do not do managed IT, ongoing support contracts, servers or network design, and we will say so plainly rather than take the job and learn on your time. Ongoing IT support for a business is our sister company, Dacros. Dacros, IT support for business.

FAQ

The questions we get asked.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. A business can ask to pay against our invoice within 14 days, agreed before the job starts. Otherwise the rest is paid on the day, by card, bank transfer or cash, with a receipt for every payment.

Can you come outside our opening hours?

We work day and night, Sunday to Friday, so a visit before you open or after you close is normal. A visit the same day or the next day is a priority booking you can ask for, if a technician is free, with a priority fee we tell you before anything is booked.

Do you offer a support contract?

No. If what you want is ongoing IT support, that is our sister company, Dacros, and we would rather point you there than sell you something we do not do.
