Remote support · anywhere in the UK
Remote computer support, wherever you are
Plenty of computer problems never need anybody at the door. If yours is in the software, the settings or an account, we can often fix it over our own secure link while you watch, wherever you are in the UK. Tell us the fault and we will say honestly whether it is one of those.
Open day and night, Sunday to Friday · closed Saturdays
What a link can fix
If it is software, settings or an account, there is a good chance.
What a link cannot reach is anything physical. We tell you which yours is in our reply, before anything is agreed.
Good over a link
- Pop-ups and scare pages
- Email and account trouble
- Printers and Wi-Fi settings
- A computer that has slowed to a crawl
- Programs that will not install or update
- Setup, and show-me-how questions
- Parental controls and screen-time limits
Needs hands on the machine
- A cracked screen
- A dead battery or a worn charging port
- A machine that will not power on
- A spill
- A failing drive
Phones and tablets too: on Android we can work on the screen with your permission at each step, and on an iPhone or iPad we see your screen and talk you through it.
How a session works
Five steps, and you can stop at any point.

Tell us the fault
Send an enquiry and describe what is wrong. Working out whether a link can fix it costs nothing, and if the honest answer is no, that is where it ends.
-
One fixed price for the session
If a link can fix it, we agree one fixed price for the session before we connect. It does not change however long the session runs.
-
You connect, and you stay in charge
At the time we agree, you follow the steps on our connect page and approve the connection at your end. You see everything we do, and you can end the session with one click.
-
Fixed while you watch
We put it right on your own screen, in front of you, and check it works before we finish.
-
The link closes
When the session ends, so does the connection. There is no way back in without you approving a new session.
The connect page walks through each step: connect to a session.
How the money works
One fixed price, agreed first.
There is no price list, because closing a scare page and untangling a setup across three devices are not the same job. You get one fixed price for the session before we connect, and it does not change however long the session runs. The same 90-day guarantee that covers our visits covers remote work. If a session does not fix the fault it was booked for, the fee is credited in full against the visit that follows, or refunded in full if you are outside the area we visit. The session terms are in writing.
Safe by design
You asked us, and you stay in charge.
Every session is one you approve, on a machine you are sitting at. You see everything we do and can end it with one click, and there is no way back in afterwards without a new session you approve. It runs through our own server in the EU, not a third-party remote-control service. What we can see, and what we cannot.
FAQ
The questions people ask about remote help.
Do I need to live near Leeds?
No. A secure link reaches anywhere in the UK, so where you live makes no difference to remote help. The only thing tied to Leeds is a physical visit, which we make across Leeds, West Yorkshire and parts of North Yorkshire.
What do I need for a session?
A computer, or an Android phone or tablet, that turns on and connects to the internet, and the short steps on our connect page. On an iPhone or iPad, Apple does not allow remote control at all, which is honestly the right call for your security, so instead we see your screen and talk you through it.
Is it safe to let you connect to my computer?
You are in control from start to finish. You approve the connection at your end, you watch everything on your own screen throughout, and you can end the session with one click whenever you choose. The session runs through our own server in the EU, not a third-party remote-control service. We only ever connect when you contacted us: if somebody rings you out of the blue claiming to be Microsoft, your bank or even us, and asks to connect, hang up.
What if it turns out to need a physical repair?
Then we say so plainly and tell you what it needs. If you are in the area we visit, we can come to you or collect the machine, and the session fee is credited in full against that visit. Further afield, a session that did not fix the fault it was booked for is refunded in full. We would far rather tell you early that a link is the wrong tool than charge you to find that out slowly.
Can I arrange help for a parent or relative?
Yes. The session runs on their computer, so they approve the connection, see everything we do and can end it whenever they choose. Nothing happens on their machine without them there.
When are you open?
Day and night, Sunday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays.
