- A minimum call-out, quoted first. If it needs a visit, we agree the call-out before we travel, so you know it before you commit to anything. It comes off the price if you go ahead with the repair.

Can you do it today?

A lot of software faults can be sorted the same day, and some of them the same night over a secure remote link while you watch. Fans, batteries and most keyboards are usually same day or next day once the right part is in hand. Anything waiting on a part ordered in for your exact model can be a few days, and water damage we will not put a clock on at all. We are open day and night, Sunday to Friday, and closed on Saturdays, so your enquiry does not have to wait for the morning.
How much does computer repair cost in Leeds?
It depends on the fault and on your exact model, so we do not publish a tariff we would only have to break. We find the fault properly, then give you one fixed quote before any work starts. You decide with the real number in front of you, and if we cannot fix it there is nothing to pay for the repair.
Do you have a shop in Leeds I can walk into?

Can you fix a desktop PC, or only laptops?
Both. Laptops, desktop towers, all-in-ones and Macs. If it is a big tower and the job needs the bench, we can collect it and bring it back once it is fixed rather than leaving you to lift it into a car.
My laptop still turns on but it has slowed right down. Is that worth fixing?
Very often, yes, and usually for a lot less than a new machine. A drive swap to an SSD or a proper clean-up brings most slow laptops back to life. If yours is genuinely past it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a repair you do not need.
