I commute into town and I am never in during the day. How do I get the laptop to you?
You do not have to carry it anywhere. We can collect it at the door at a time you are actually home, at whatever hour suits you, any day except Saturday, and return it the same way once it is fixed. Tell us which times work when you get in touch and we will fit around them.
I am moving out soon and the old computer is not worth taking. Can you get my files off it first?
Yes. We copy your photos, documents and anything else that matters onto a drive or a newer machine, and we can securely wipe the old computer so nothing personal leaves the house with it.
