We work out of Leeds and cover the county from there, and it is worth being plain about what that does and does not mean. It does not mean a unit in every town or an engineer sat waiting in Halifax. It means we drive to you, so the machine gets looked at where it lives instead of you unplugging the lot and finding somewhere to take it. West Yorkshire is a close-packed county of big towns rather than one sprawling city, and most of it is a straightforward run from Leeds. The further edges are a longer drive, so we would rather tell you honestly when we can get to you than book a slot to win the job and let you down on the day.
We come to you anywhere in West Yorkshire, at home or at work, day or night, Sunday to Friday. A lot of laptop faults get sorted in one visit at the kitchen table. If a job needs the bench, for a desktop tower or a longer repair, we can collect the machine and return it once it is done. Plenty of software faults never need a visit at all and get sorted over a secure remote link while you watch. - A minimum call-out, quoted first. If it needs a visit, we agree the call-out before we travel, so you know it before you commit to anything. It comes off the price if you go ahead with the repair.
- A fixed quote. Once we have seen the machine you get a clear, fixed price before any work starts. No surprises, no hourly meter running.
- We fix it, or there is no repair fee. Happy with the quote? We do the work. If we cannot fix the fault we quoted for, you do not pay for the repair.

Which parts of West Yorkshire do you cover?
All of it, and the list is not a fence. There are dedicated pages for Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Castleford, Pontefract, Keighley and Ilkley, and we reach into North Yorkshire for Harrogate, Knaresborough and York as well. You are based in Leeds. Does that mean Leeds gets a better service?
Leeds is the shortest drive, so it is usually the quickest to reach, and we will not pretend otherwise. Everything else is the same wherever you are: the same call-out, quoted before we travel, the quote fixed before any work, and no repair fee if we cannot fix it. What changes with distance is timing, not price and not care.
Is there a callout charge for coming out to my town?
Yes, there is a minimum call-out, and we quote it before we travel so you know it before you commit to anything. It comes off the price if you go ahead with the repair. There is no mileage on top: the call-out is the same whether you are in Bradford or Leeds. Before any of that, tell us the fault in a message, because that conversation is free and it often settles whether a visit is worth anybody's time.
Do you have a shop I can walk into?
No, and that is deliberate. We are a service-area business: we come to you across the county, or we can collect the machine and bring it back. Keeping a shopfront off the books keeps that cost off your bill.
Can you fix a desktop PC, or only laptops?
Both. Laptops, desktop towers, all-in-ones and Macs. If it is a big tower and the job needs the bench, we can collect it and bring it back once it is fixed rather than leaving you to lift it into a car.
What if I am just outside West Yorkshire?
Ask anyway. We already cover Harrogate, Knaresborough and York on the North Yorkshire side, and the county line is not something we police. The worst that happens is we tell you honestly that you would be better off with someone nearer, which is an answer worth having either way.
