We work out of Leeds and cover the county from there, and it is worth being plain about what that does and does not mean. It does not mean a unit in every town or an engineer sat waiting in Halifax. It means we drive to you, so the machine gets looked at where it lives instead of you unplugging the lot and finding somewhere to take it. Which parts of West Yorkshire do you cover?

If your town is not named anywhere on the site, call and ask rather than assuming we do not come out.
You are based in Leeds. Does that mean Leeds gets a better service?
Leeds is the shortest drive, so it is usually the quickest to reach, and we will not pretend otherwise. Everything else is the same wherever you are: the diagnosis is free, the quote is fixed before any work, and no fix means no fee. What changes with distance is timing, not price and not care.
Is there a callout charge for coming out to my town?
No. There is no callout fee and no mileage on the bill. The diagnosis is free and the fixed quote covers the job itself. If a repair genuinely did not stack up at the distance, we would tell you that before you spent anything instead of padding the price.
Do you have a shop I can walk into?
No, and that is deliberate. We are a service-area business: we come to you across the county, or we can collect the machine and bring it back. Keeping a shopfront off the books keeps that cost off your bill.
Can you fix a desktop PC, or only laptops?
Both. Laptops, desktop towers, all-in-ones and Macs. If it is a big tower and the job needs the bench, we can collect it and bring it back once it is fixed rather than leaving you to lift it into a car.
What if I am just outside West Yorkshire?
Ask anyway. We already cover Harrogate, Knaresborough and York on the North Yorkshire side, and the county line is not something we police. The worst that happens is we tell you honestly that you would be better off with someone nearer, which is an answer worth having either way.
