Tell us the fault
Send an enquiry and describe what is wrong. A real person replies, someone who does the work, not a call centre and not a ticket queue.
Nobody wants to crawl under the desk, unplug a whole station and label a dozen cables just to get it looked at. And you should not have to walk the streets with your gaming rig, or an expensive laptop, and leave it on a shop counter for a week. So we do not ask you to. We come to your home or office across Leeds, West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire and work on the machine where it sits: nothing to box up, nothing to unplug, and no risk of your kit going missing. If something genuinely needs the workbench, we collect it and bring it back to you.

Tell us what it is doing and we tell you straight what it sounds like and whether it is likely to be worth fixing. If it is not, we say so and give you honest advice on whether a replacement or an upgrade is the better call. That conversation costs nothing.

Who runs it
Run by someone you can name.
JorTech is run by Jordan Gilbert. He trained on the bench as an apprentice technician at PCI Computers Leeds, learning from a mentor with more than twenty years of computer support in this city, so the standard here was set by someone who has done the work himself.
These days he runs the service end to end. Our technicians carry out most of the repairs, and Jordan still takes jobs himself: he decides how we quote, how we talk to you, and what we will and will not charge for.
JorTech is newly launched, so we will not invent star ratings we have not earned. Everything on our reviews page is real.

How much will my repair cost?
Advice by message is free, a minimum call-out is quoted before we travel, and you get a clear, fixed price before any work begins. Most everyday jobs are quoted upfront, and if we cannot fix it, you do not pay for the repair. That is what no fix, no fee means.
Do you really come to me?
Yes. We offer home and business visits across Leeds, West Yorkshire and the towns around them, or we can collect your device and return it once it is fixed. Whatever is easiest for you.
Are my files and data safe?
Yes. Your data is treated as private and confidential, and wherever possible your files are kept intact. If a repair risks any data, we will tell you first and back up what we can.
