The story
Nobody should have to hand their machine over a counter for a week.
Think about what a repair normally asks of you. You crawl under the desk, unplug a whole station, and label a dozen cables, just to get the machine looked at. Or you walk the streets with your gaming rig, or an expensive laptop, and leave it on a shop counter for a week, hoping somebody rings you back. And if you call one of the big names instead, you get a call centre and a ticket queue, and never a straight answer about what is actually wrong with it.
That hassle is the reason so many faults never get fixed. The machine limps on, slower and more worrying by the month, because the repair feels like a bigger job than the fault.
So we do not ask any of it of you. JorTech sends a real local technician to your home or office, who names the fault plainly, tells you what it will cost before touching anything, and fixes it where it sits, most jobs on the spot. Nothing to box up, nothing to unplug, and no risk of your kit going missing. If something genuinely needs the workbench, we collect it and bring it back to you.

We name the fault, then the fix, then the price. No jargon, no script, and nothing done without your say-so. The price we quote you is the price you pay.
Honest repair-or-replace advice
If it is not worth fixing, we will tell you, no charge, and give you honest advice on whether a replacement or an upgrade is the better call. We would rather lose a job than sell you a repair you do not need.

Who runs it
Meet Jordan, who answers for the work.
Jordan runs JorTech. Our technicians carry out most of the repairs and he still takes jobs himself, and he decides how we quote and what we will not charge you for. When you call you get a real person, not a call centre, and one fixed quote before anything is touched. If you have a question halfway through, you ask the person holding the screwdriver.
