I am the technician behind Leeds Tech Repair. When you call, you get me, the person who actually fixes your machine, not a call centre and not a ticket queue. I will name the fault, then the fix, then the price. The diagnosis is always free.

I have years of hands-on experience with computers and laptops, both the hardware inside and the software on top. That means I can open a machine up and swap a screen, a drive or a fan, and I can also sort out the messy software side: a slow start-up, a virus, a broken update, files that will not open.
Most repair experiences hide the person doing the work behind a queue. I have built Leeds Tech Repair to be the opposite. You speak to me, I diagnose your machine, and I fix it. If you have a question halfway through, you ask the person holding the screwdriver, not a script.
I would rather tell you the honest truth than sell you a repair you do not need. If your machine is worth saving, I will diagnose it for free and give you a fixed quote before I touch anything. If it is not worth fixing, I will tell you that too, at no charge. No fix, no fee.
