Mac & iMac specialist
MacBooks and iMacs taken seriously: displays, batteries, storage and upgrades, macOS faults and migrations, and the judgement to know when Apple's own service is the right answer for the customer, even when that costs us the job.
The day
What the work actually is.
MacBooks and iMacs across the years Apple left repairable and the years they made difficult: displays, batteries, storage, keyboards, macOS reinstalls and migrations. Part of the job is the judgement call the customer cannot make alone: when a warranty or an authorised channel genuinely serves them better, you say so, and we lose that job on purpose.
What you bring
You.
Hands-on depth in Apple hardware: adhesive work, fragile flexes, the model-by-model quirks, plus fluent macOS troubleshooting. And honesty about limits: knowing which jobs to decline is part of the skill we are hiring, not a gap in it.
In one line: Deep in Apple hardware and macOS, precise with adhesive and glass, and straight about warranty paths.
What we put in writing
The terms, before you commit.
Pay is stated plainly in your first conversation with us, before any interviews. The hiring itself is five steps with nothing hidden: a person reads every application and you get an answer either way, the practical is real faults on a real bench, and if it is a yes, everything we agreed goes in writing before you commit to anything. Professional development is continual and treated as part of the job.
