Bench work under magnification: screens, batteries, charge ports, cameras, back glass, and the water-damage triage where minutes matter. You quote from the diagnosis, not from a price list, and some of your verdicts will be do-not-repair: a phone worth forty pounds does not get a sixty-pound screen without the customer hearing that arithmetic first.

Proven precision work on phones and tablets: you can show us devices you have brought back, and you know the difference between a repair and a gamble. Familiarity with the failure patterns of the common handsets, the patience for fragile connectors, and the discipline to stop when a job needs parts or tooling we should order rather than improvise.

The hiring itself is five steps with nothing hidden: a person reads every application and you get an answer either way, the practical is real faults on a real bench, and if it is a yes, everything we agreed goes in writing before you commit to anything.
